Sanshin performance by International Liberal Arts (ILA) Course Students
The results of a year-long sanshin class were demonstrated.
First and second year students of the International Liberal Arts Course gave a sanshin (Okinawan three-stringed instrument) concert.
The performance included an explanation of the history and construction of the sanshin, as well as the songs to be performed, in front of the elementary students and faculty!
